U need to meet a urologist.
Would depend on the place of surgery. In India contact www.medicaltourism-india.in for a qoute.
Yes doctors can surely do it fro cosmetic reasons.

You could see a Urologist. If he says that you need the surgery for health reasons, your insurance might pay for it. Or you could see a plastic surgeon. Good luck. It sounds like you have put some serious thought into this.

any DR can do it easily just about 200 bucks only.
