Hard to say. But it does depend on the offense as well as the degree of remorse, the likelihood of repetition, and of course track record. I myself try extra hard to earn the right to prove myself if given a second chance.

It depends on the circumstances, connection, the situation, and the people involved, but usually I don't give second chances because once you hurt me that is it, no more chances after that.
