it comes from the fact that '6' is the upside down symbol of '9' and that if you put the two together, '69' that you should swallow not spit the relationship out and not worry about money until the deed is done, but also until the passages of 'Dorian Grey' are read and you can realize the fallacy in your logic of believing that others are as vain as you.

It just means a big/complicated word. When I was a kid, it used to be a "fifty-cent" word - I guess inflation has hit everywhere ;-)
