My Husband did.Not 365,but alot.I met him while he was travelling around Australia and he had to go back to Ireland for 2 and a half months to get a new visa sorted out.I had no phone where I was living at the time.I received a letter from him nearly every day.I still after 16 years feel a little bad as I sent him around 4 letters for every of his 20,but I have kept all the letters though.

Yes, love is portrayed unrealistically in movies, but that's what gets people to watch it. Girls can only wish to be that lucky! Don't get me wrong, love is great and all, but it's not always roses and butterflies, like portrayed in movies.

Movies are not meant to be completely realistic. If they were, then the characters would spend all their time at work, or eating or showering, or other boring things. Movies are meant to present ideas and themes. They are art. Well, except maybe documentaries. But even in documentaries they usually filter out all the boring stuff.

Yes, the movies make it seems like falling in love and finding the love of your life is easy, when in actuality it is hard work. Movies make it seem like you are going to get marry without having lots of problems like normal people. Love/romance movies is just good for an escape, wishing, and hoping.

Maybe you think it's unrealistic because most people today get married without love. Divorce is too high. We need movie love in our lives!

The world's not big enough for feminist AND effiminate women. You can't have your cake and eat it too. Perhaps if some kind of balance could be reached... Anyway, women need to sort out thier place in the world. I don't think even Gloria Steinem meant for all this to occur. Also, men are not "wired to kill" either, and we don't like doing "dirty work".
