oh my, i would run and run hard, i do not think you are prude in any way shape or form, first of all she was unfaithfull to you, this is a no brainer,
if you stay you have to live with the type of lifestyle she possiabley wants, in that case you should get a second job to support her sexual lifestyle, and to live mentally with what may become of this and lets not forget the sexual disceases

if this is not for you, i think the relationship should end and you could probally be friends, get a check up, and a new address or ask her to leave,
