Episode 169, Season 9 - The Cartoon: Elaine is obsessed with a cartoon in the New Yorker and is determined to prove that it doesn't make sense. George finds himself in "weird trouble" when he realizes that his latest girlfriend looks very similar to Jerry. Jerry's comments about how bad of an actress someone is causes him to be the subject of her entire one-woman show. Meanwhile, when Kramer says more than he should too many times, he decides never to speak again.

All i know is that it was the same episode where Jerry told Sally (red headed friend of Susan) that she should just quit in the comedy business. Then, Sally started her own act about how Jerry Seinfeld was the Devil. Also in this episode, Kramer decides to stop talking completely, since he is the one who blatently told Sally what Jerry had said about her.
