It will be Clinton she has the experience and a husband that has been there. She may consider Obama for Vice President.

Great Question and a hard one I like both of them very much and only them!
I hope Hillary! But this has been a man's world for a very long time.
Some say the country is not Ready for a Woman! or a Black man! But maybe that is what we need! Especialy with both of there knowledge and Values. Well I know that is what we need.

I think Obama is too inexperienced to be President at this point, but what he lacks in experience he more than makes up for in charisma. Hillary Clinton on the other hand has the experience but she lacks the likability of Obama.
If I had to choose I would go with Edwards/Obama in 08'. Simply because I think Obama may need to get his feet wet first. Edwards is a strong candidate. He has the experience and charisma to be a winner and besides look at his voting record.

Look, wait a minute! Dubya was supposedly elected (OK, OK, so the elections were rigged...!) but if we can have a rodeo clown, why not a COMPETENT INTELLIGENT WOMAN or a COMPETENT INTELLIGENT MAN?

WHAT in hell does the fact have to do that Hillary's husband had his knob polished by some chunky dumpy broad (an ugly one at that) have to do with HER competence and intelligence and her vision of what American can achieve and how America should return to its place of respect again after Dubya leaves the messes he created? So what! Anyone here going to admit to never getting some head? Oh, grow up people! So the hell what? What does that have to do with the fact that she's an intelligent woman and is articulate and knowledgeable?

AND what about Obama? HE is not a bad looking man, he's intelligent and articulate. OK, maybe he's not the most experienced but... what political experience did Washington have? Adams? Jefferson? Or Grant? Or Eisenhower? We have an idiot in the White House for crying out loud... how much worse can it be to have a young man who is handsome, articulate and intelligent? He's got the charisma of several past Presidents! At least he's not been involved in any scandals (although some pukes did try to make him guilty by association... like the petty dirty players they are).

When are we finally going to stop tearing people apart we don't even know anything about? How about dealing with facts and leave the slogans and propaganda aside for a moment? There ARE important issues to be discussed. How about if the childish idiots go off to some puerile site and they can talk all they want about the childish and idiotic things they want... and let the adults discuss things intelligently?

I proposed in another thread that it would be interested to have a debate between McCain and Biden on one side and Obama and Clinton on the other. THAT would certainly be interesting and worth watching.

INSOFAR as Giuliani, first let me say that he is nothing more than an adulterer (the same thing they said of Slick Willy) and he abandoned his wife and children AND he's a tyrant and a meddling bungler. He did nothing but grandstand for the cameras during his terms of office and particularly during 9/11. As both Attorney General and Mayor, he did nothing but primp and prance before cameras and attended each and every function (like he couldn't afford buying meals?) Minority members in NYC didn't have it well with his gestapo tactics and his total lack of respect for civil rights and Constitutional rights and liberties of NYC minority citizens; Giuliani running for President will surely fuel a lot of people to politic against him, like Al Sharpton. Insofar as 9/11, he was to blame for some of those deaths that resulted from the bad communication devices the firefighters had; they had been asking and complaining for a number of years before 9/11 of the inadequacies of their communication devices but he continuously and systematically rejected their claims and requisitions each and every time! During 9/11, he was showboating and delaying the rescue efforts. He was doing nothing but interfering with the efforts of the TRAINED firefighters and rescue personnel; they couldn't even blow a fart without asking HIM for permission! It was totally disgraceful with that meddling fool asking what they were doing so he could tell them, "Go ahead, carry on!"

I'm surprised that he (and his two crooked police chiefs) were not slapped on the back of their heads and kicked out of the way. As Mayor he took credit for the work of others and blamed his faults on others... hey, just like Dubya! I wouldn't vote Giuliani if he was running for dog-catcher! I'd rather vote for the rodeo clown again rather than see NYC's "IL Douche" (purposefully sounds like a douche bag) in the White House! He's a genius of his own opinion and nothing more!

Hopefully neither. I sincerely hope that the Democratic Party has more sense than to endorse either candidate. Nothing against either one (well, not against Obama anyway) but the world is not ready to embrace an America lead by a woman or a black man.

Hillary has a nasty streak that Obama just does not have. The dirty tricks have already started, with the release of the story about Obama going to a radical fundie Muslim school as a kid. If you assume SOBs make better presidents, Hillary will win hands down.

Obama is not ready to be president, he really has no experance. He has only been on the Illinois senate for one term. He should focus more on being a senator for a while and spend less time looking for attention

Makes you wonder if there will be a third party candidate this time around.

I think the country is going to continue voting against republicans until they decide to start representing.

Neither, I hope. But if I had to choose, I'd take Obama.

Giuliani is in the race for it as well and I think he will do a much better job than both these two.
