ONLY 40% PEOPLE ARE USING VOTE RIGHT IN GENERAL ELECTION AND IF THEY PROVIDE "QUIT-VOTE" OPTION ONLY 20% PEOPLE WILL CAST THEIR VOTE. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR FACE SHOWING TO WORLD.

I think you are talking about a recall vote. Asking that the current MP/MLA be recalled due to bad performance. Unfortunately, that option is not available to Indian.
