It wouldnt be the military and war would it?
What is this some kind of investment scheme, kind of like the old days with the East India Co?
Everyone knows that US stock market is good as well as its bond market. That is why it is the most popular place to both invest in and to save in bonds.

Stock markets go up and down everywhere. The US has the largest in the world, but there is no basis for thinking it will be the fastest growing over 1, 5, or 10 years.

The US military budget is about 6% of their GDP, + or - depending on what you count as military (the CIA? "aid" to other countries like the Zionist Entity to fight wars for them?).

The largest share of government spending, as here, is on social security (mostly pensions, medical care for the poor and the elderly and such welfare benefits as they have).

The three most money hungry parts of the US Government's spending is paying the interest on the debt, Social programs (Welfare, Social Security ect) and the Military. Military (20%);Medicare/Medicaid (20%); Social Security (22%); Interest on the debt (7%). So, we spend about 42% on social programs and 20% on Defense and only 7% on the Debt. Total amounts to 69% in these areas. We definately need to cut social spending.
