How do todays anti-war vermin compare to yesteryears? Do they have as poor hygiene and abuse as many drugs as the old ones?

And which disgusts you more? The modern version, or the old-school hippys?

These goofballs today are far less radical than the Vietnam hippys. There are no John Kerrys throwing their medals over the fence. There are no Tom Haydens, no Bobby Seals. All-in-all, a rather tame bunch. Their biggest name is Cindy Sheehan, who is pretty much a global joke (except in rogue states where she is celebrated).

You make me laugh.hey is that Regan you have there to bad he was the biggest Idiot of all. i guess you support a President that cannot and will not admit his stupid mistakes. You must think that by sending troops into a sensless action shows your bravery. The 60s my little minded friend changed the course of history. the people really changed a war and made the polititcians take note that we were watching. and they admitted their mistakes. This guy , that i am, sure yu support, needs a close look at. if you have 3/4 of the country saying that he is a bumbling idiot and that he needs to get off of his platform then chances are that the 3/4 is right . When 2 or 3 people tell me im wrong i gotta look at what im doing and i change it. Your president cant seem to and that is what is infuritating people and it really should make you angry also because he is making you look bad because of your narrow minded additude. as far as the protesters. Most of the people on here were just a hicky in those days. The thought was the same loosing American lives for nothing is a loose indeed the killing of women and children and the civilines of a country is a nasty path. The draft was a big deal in those days remember?? Or were you just a hicky too. You think we will win this war?? again i laugh at you and others that say that. There is no winning and there is no leaving. Isreal is the key and we will stay there so you get to be right we will stay and die for nothing. hey maybe you can go or even send your own son wont that be grand. yu moron

I think the ones today are just as dangerous to America as the hippies were perhaps more. If they cause us to lose it could make the whole middle east get even worse, if that's possible. I think they are cleaner today and not druggies and free love people and all that, but they are also strangely less idealist and true, the hippies had a certain naivetae and peace loving ideal that these do not have. They are a much more organized conspiracy of traitors.

The 60's hippies are hated simply by fact they have been then and nonetheless are a drain on society. They ***** with reference to the government, yet are rapid to take a handout, particularly than working puzzling to get forward. The protestors of on the instant are hated simply by fact they bypass approximately it the incorrect way, protesting at funerals, putting gravestones with the names of infantrymen on them that would not prefer to be a portion of their protests. lots of those infantrymen have been proud to combat for freedom, regardless of if for u.s. or for persons who have been continually under the risk of being gassed or placed feet first right into a wood chipper or having their tongues shrink out for conversing against the government. the nice and comfortable button is that their methods of protest are vile and are un-american, regardless of if or no longer they'll admit it or no longer.

Well we aren't as organized yet but we are getting there. And we still aren't anti-American we are anti-war. This war is even more wrong than that one. Once again we have put our children in a Civil war in another country. One that was started for profit. By the true anti-American multi-national corporations with the help of anti-American politicians who have sold us out.

BTW Regeans stance against drugs ultimatly led to his own demise as it is now known that thc is 100% effective against alzheimers.

The modern version.

They are a pathetic shadow of what was really a protest rooted in a real wrong: The draft.

This version doesn't even have that to fall back on, there is no rooted evil here, we have an all volunteer army. No one, and no one's child, is being sent off to fight in a war they don't believe in.

People like the lunatic Cindy Sheehan are a serious problem. This woman has disgraced a soldier who by all accounts served willingly, honorably and died with honor serving his country. She has used his death for her political agenda to grab 15 minutes of fame for herself and her selfish cause.

She's the model of today's protester, quite an ugly picture.

EDIT: good pint by the first response, it's not a general question, i should read more or sleep more. For now it's off to bed + )

They are Americans exercising their Constitutional right of free speech and dissent.

You, on the other hand are ineed disgusting. but keep up your drivel, please. Every time you and your kind open your mouths you just discredit yourselves and your unAmerican ideas that much more.
