with a 15% raise to all employees for getting you to your 15th year successfully. or 15% of their pay in a bonus

You didn't tell us anything about your company. Celebrate however you want. A theme party might be nice. A pool party might be nice. Just don't have a martini party, you don't need anybody getting hurt. You should tell us more about your company.

I suggest you make a theme... like wearing costumes.. then have lots of contests and games.. it'll be fun.
