You are making no sense. If she is 16, she wouldn't be expected to have a diploma yet. However, if I were the agency, I wouldn't hire someone who is a drop-out because it shows a lack of responsibility and maturity. My best advice for your friend is for her to get her butt back in school and make that the priority, modeling second. Otherwise, she might end up doing the wrong type of modeling out of desperation because no one will hire her for any decent job later in life without a diploma.

It would be nice for her to have her diploma because modelling is dependent on looks and when the looks go, you need something else. She could go for he modelling but never forget about getting the high school diploma. You never know when it will come in handy.

No, your friend does not need a high school diaploma, although it would be nice to have to fall back on just in case modeling doesn't work out. She should go online and see if there's going to be any open calls in her area and (or) get her a portfolio made to get started...I should know I'm a model! I hope my advice was helpful!

no you dont need one...but i reccomend for her to get one..b.c the modeling career is very competitive..and the chance of her making it is slim to none! but good luck!
