India is rich in human resources. We have a lot of skilled and unskilled manpower. Hence, our economy model must be such as to give fillip to employment generation, besides wealth generation. Machination and automation should be kept at the minimum. Growth of heavy industries and neglect of agriculture and agri-based industries will result in lop sided growth, where the wealth will be concentrated on the minuscule population of the country, and the rest will have to eke out their living, by sub-serving the minority rich and getting exploiting by them, with impunity.

Population is increasing rapidly. We must encourage the service industry, ease the licencing system, encourage small entrepreneurs to commence business. Provide soft loans to service providers, abolish service tax.
India has a mix of very very rich and extreme poverty. The rich need services and are willing to pay for the services. The poor can readily provide the service for a fee. This industry does not require intensive capital to provide employment.

More than 50% of our population is below 25, literate, knowledgeable, hard working, aware, intelligent. This is causing disemployment of people over 50 years and shall increase day by day.
