If you have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, you can choose "new document" then choose "from template", then use the "resume wizard" to help you create your resume/CV. It will show you what you can include on your CV.
Your CV should include your name and contact information, education, previous work experience, courses, hobbies.
Make your CV suited to the job that you are applying for, and emphasise what is relevant to the job. If you have just finished your education, and you don't have any work experience to include, then make sure you include other relevant activities - if you were in the student council, wrote for the student paper, sports etc.
