It was in Miami. It was raining. It was not under 40 degrees (might not have been under 60). Miami is far south. I don't know that it snows there, ever.
To completely answer your question though, I can say for sure that you were not the only person with bad reception. I can't, however say that you're not the only person who thought it was snowing.

Dude it's like Summer here in Australia so i don't think it will be snowing but i'm sure it is snowing in Oslo, Norway where my husband comes from.
