Hi, yes the other mothers are right.1 or 2 saline drops into each nostril should help.If he has problems wiht feeding because of the snuffling do it before a feed as well. It's perfectly normal for n ewborns to get a snuffly nose in the first couple of weeks. If it is "runny nose" or he gets a cough as well or temp.time for the doc but otherwise, the drops should help him out :)

Keep your home moist with a humidifier. I love mine, especially in the winter. Also, Vick's Mentholatum is a great way to clear up a stuffy nose, without giving baby medicines that they don't need.

I would use the little noses saline drops and suction his nose. I also had to let my son sleep in his swing or bouncy seat because he had bronchitis as an infant and that helped his breathing.

Use the nose suction and consult your doctor on this, but I think you can use saline nose drops for infants. Like Little Noses.

Have him sleep while sitting up. It's not a lot of fun for you because you are the one that has to hold him up. But, it is better than dealing with the crying.

A comfortable couch is your best friend.
