I weigh around 105 pounds, and 5', and just turned 14 years old on Jan 31st.
I am not sure i should still play football because of my small body size so i was thinking of drinking weight gain protein shakes for my size but I'm not how to get a bit taller. I already drink alot of milk any suggestions?

[also should i ditch the weight gain protein shakes and just eat normal or would they be ok?]

Don't use weight gaining products at your age unless the Doctor says so. Eat normal and if you can eat 2 to 3 cans of tuna or vienna sausages everyday to put on some good healthy weight and don't forget to work out. I was an all state LB in high school, I never thought I would get there because the end of my ninth grade year(15 yrs old) I was 5' and about 125lbs. At the start of my sophomore year I grew 4 inches and gained about 30lbs. By the end of my Sophomore year I was 5'7" and weight around 205lbs so don't worry and let it come to you. Don't ever quit what you love.

I guess to get stronger you could drink protein shakes, but for tallness, i think it is really just genetics, i dont think anything that you will do will drastically increase your height, but you can always try eating a good diet, exercising, and sleeping a good amount. and dont worry bout height, look at Maurice jones-drew on the jaguars. he is only 5'7, but he almost(should have) won the rookie of the year with 16 touchdowns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also, you are going to grow, your only 14, when i was 14, i was really short(4'11), but now i am 5'6. good luck

You can do almost anything if you want it bad enough. So, if you want to play, I'm sure you will find a way. Also, you're not done growing yet, who knows, you might end up the biggest on the team. Good luck to you.
