in Australia it is called sexual assault whether it involves sexual intercourse or manual intercourse or any form of assault that is sexual in nature.

Sexual assault of a minor is a very serious crime no matter how the assault is carried out.

If the person has been to court already and you now come forward with more information it is debatable whether the police would charge him with a new offence and take him back to court.

You can talk to a police officer at your local police station or you can phone your local police station and ask for the number of the child protection unit and ask them your question.... the police in the child protection unit deal with sexual assault of children on a daily basis and will know what needs to be done or what can be done.

I think that under the law, the (a) would be considered sexual abuse, while the (b) would be considered rape. Both very severe crimes, especially when committed against an eleven year old girl. That man should be in prison. I hope he is, and that he's getting raped up the butt by a man named Herpes Hector.

Is there a "police woman" at your police department? Call the police department and ask to speak to a woman detective or police officer. You probably should make an appointment to talk to her one to one. If you can talk to your doctor and your mother about the problem, those are probably your best answers. Remember that you are not alone. There should be organizations or support groups in your area that you should go to. Please take care and if you start feeling depressed, get help. This was NOT YOUR FAULT. The jerk should have his private cut off and his balls to let other play ball with them. Sorry for the vulgar language but that is how I feel!!!

Even if you are several years older now, you still need to tell the police what happened. Molestation is a very serious crime. In my state, it is a mandatory 25yrs-life sentence (the crime is more serious because you were younger than 12 yrs old). It sounds like he sexually battered you....so if it were me, I would tell the police EXACTLY what happened...the whole truth...don't leave anything out.
