Eyes, smile, hair, nice legs/figure, intelligence, warmth, personality, genuine interest in what you have to say, engaging two-way conversation. Of course, it isn't necessarily in "that order", though eyes and smile are the first thing that catches a man's glances. If a woman is consciously (or UNconsciously) trying to "showcase" her figure/legs etc, then THAT will catch a man's glances first if she isn't intentionally showing interest in a specific HIM with glances and smiles. Yes, a great figure, caboose, legs can all be a visual turn on for us guys. But when a woman showcases, there is often no specificity to one man and she could just be seeking attention, while glances, smiles and gazes are much more specific and are a real turn on. A woman's personality, intelligence, warmth, engaging conversation, even style can outweigh or balance the physical factors at times and be turn ons too, though they are much harder to perceive, gauge or really appreciate in a short period of time

Many things. Her hair, her eyes, her smile, her personality, what she says and how she says it. The eye contact, her voice, her attitude, the way she carries herself.... and a great *** doesn't hurt either.
some girls can be beautiful, but as soon as they say something, their attitude is a turn off.
But then again, I love girls... all of 'em.
