limited socialism is the price a country pays for being a civilized society. (Schools, hospitals, welfare, etc.) However, the Soviet Union has proven that extreme socialism cannot be maintained. Socialism is great for the poor, but it does not promote growth which will cause an economy to stagnate.

I believe some of the ideas are good , like Unions, paid pregnancy leave, you know horrific things like that
