We keep hearing that Castro is improving, and, in fact, on the road to recovery.

Is this true, or is this a bunch of lies for some reason.

His condition was described as grave only a few months ago. Now we see him standing, talking to Hugo Chavez.

One possibility that has been suggested is that the illness is being used as a publicity stunt, so that he can make some sort of triumpant return. Or, perhaps he is near death but those in power in Cuba want to have total control over the release of information.

It was reported that the CIA thought Castro was terminally ill. How often are they wrong in their intelligence information?

So what do you think is the truth about Castro's status? Is he dying? Or will be be back to lead Cuba again?

He is 80 years old.
I doubt he'll be what he once was.

Does anyone know the truth? Was he ever sick in the first place? If he was sick, is he better now? The questions have
been answered but we can't be sure whether to believe the answers or not.

I figure Castro will be back in charge of Cuba as long and will be in charge until he kicks the bucket or is killed by his own people.

I don't know if Fidel will ever run the country like he once did. He is a very fragile, and unhealthy man. I am not out here saying that I am Nostradamus, but if he lives for two more years I'll shave my hair.
