Make him breakfast then surprise him by going and doing somthing he loves like go-carts, renting a video game, seeing a movie, hiking ect... then take him to his fav. place for dinner maybe invite a bunch of his friends to meet up with you there.

do not think of bout makin the day so supa particular. that'll jus rigidity u out and dat'll make da subject worse. think of roughly issues he choose to do. possibly bowling or dinner. u do not could do something outta this international. he gets excitement from u fo remebering his b-day and plannin a particular nyt w/ jus u to. shop the glitz and glam fo valentines day wen it extremely counts.
