This can only be a matter of opinion. So . . .Conservatives worry me a lot. I believe quite honestly that conservatives are dead set scared of anything that they are not used to. Anything they see as threatening, from homosexuals to Alien cultures give them goosebumps. And with goosebumps, instead of tolerant discussion, they reach for their guns. They are good haters.

THIS IS STUPID!

But really has me confused is that the conservative personality types live in all countries of the World yet there is not continuing bloody warfare.

I suspect that there is a sort of armed truce between conservatives of the Word to make them feel a little bit more secure when they attack me. I represent change. I am a socialist. I have no inhibitions about a person's sexuality. Compared to fighting the Nips, Krauts and Turban Heads the idea of fighting their rational neighbours like me scares the **** out of them. And if we, the people, are sufficiently provoked we will fight back!

I think for many people (including some conservatives--the obnoxious ones, not all of them) attacking someone *does* make them feel more secure, because in their mind, everything comes down to the power to dominate. If we attack, we must be in power, right? Those people (and again, I'm not saying all conservatives) have a hard time with the idea of a relational power where we are strong enough in our own ideas to allow others to have their ideas too.

Who are you? You poor little guy. I'm sorry I didn't see you there.
Are you a VICTIM? Don't worry the Democrats love victims. They are guaranteed votes.
They will take care of you from cradle to grave using someone else's money of course.

Who's attacking you? You have no examples so it's hard to comment on.
