With my first...i think i knew the second it happened. it was just a feeling.
i didn't "feel" anthing at conception, but i just KNEW i was pregnant several days or weeks later before my period was due or i took a test. lol, i've never really thought about that...that's kinda neat.

Nope. The first time it came as a complete surprise, a few weeks later. :-P
The second time was thrilling because it was planned and we knew exactly when we had caused it, and on purpose. Just knowing you've created a child on purpose is a huge, scary thrill.
But that is a misnomer to some extent. You're not going to conceive right after sex. The egg will be fertilized some time later, from a few minutes to a few days. Then the egg will drift down into your uterus and implant itself.
So if you saw or felt something, it was probably excitement over what was impending, not what physically occurred.

I had no idea that I had conceived, in fact when I got a positive pregnancy test I couldn't believe that I got pregnant on the first try.

I knew that I was pregnant that moment. I went to the doctor and got a negative test and told them they were wrong, and made them test me again. I don't know how to describe it but I knew.
