Karen most definately! She PURELY is interested in Jim and has been since the beginning, Pam is a game player who only started liking Jim AFTER she saw that he had moved on.
Pam had her chance, if she had the same intensity of feelings for Jim that he confessed to her, they would have been together, he needs to see her for what she is, a PLAYER.
I would love for her to get back with her ex fiance who clearly she was in love with and was always vying for HIS affections! He seems to have a new appreciation for her and seems to be really sweet.
WOW, I just realized, I have become my mother, she lived in TV land in her head like these were real people and now I am sounding JUST like her! It is fake right?

Pam.
He likes her more, it's obvious. Karen is ok, but he doesn't seem to have it for her like he does for Pam.
(I can't believe I am talking about them like they are real people)
They'll drag it out though and at the end of the season, we still won't know who Jim chooses.
