Does this mean that conservatives would not be subject to the tax, because of their lack of morals? That they would not pay a single penny, whereas liberals would spend all their assets on this tax due to the fact that they are moral? And once they could no longer pay the tax, they would rather declare bankruptcy than to choose to become immoral?

That is a vague question! Morals are, as defined by webster: Of or concerned with the judgement or instruction of the goodness or badness of character.
Who is to say one's side is the good side and the other is bad. It is dependent upon each person's ideology. To me, I may think liberals have great morals; while you, on the other hand, think that they don't. Regardless, it is a question of high subjectivity of which there is no true answer.

If you were a protestant and the government decided that Judaism was to be the law of the land .......what would you do?

no, the republicans outlawed bankruptcy for all intent and purpose so that big corporations could extract even more money from poor people. full of morals to make up a phony reason to invade a country that had as much to do with 911 as africa did and profit from it as much as they can

Morals defined by cons are inherently hypocritical. They conflict in most every way. Liberals have simple morals, and they don't clash. If quantity is better than quality, then you win.
