You shouldn't need any. It's always a good idea to check it out & make sure there are no special requirements.

I am a native and you do not need immunization to enter the Bahamas. As for the the comment, the foods are safe and the bottle water is better. Have a great time and do enjoy the sun, sand and sea.

PS.. Just make sure you have a valid passport to leave and enter the US.

For the most part, no special health precautions are required to visit the Bahamas. The local water is safe to drink, though some visitors find it has a salty flavor; milk is generally pasteurized and safe for consumption along with the local meats, seafood, and fruits and vegetables. Local medical care is excellent, but expensive; insurance is a good idea. Travelers from some countries may be required to show proof of yellow fever vaccination; check with your travel agent or the Bahamas Tourist Office, 800-4-BAHAMA.

None, and the food and water is safe to eat and drink. The bottle water does taste better, but you can drink the water. The food is great, so enjoy!
