I want to take admission in us universities for ms(august/September 2007).I have still not given my gre and toefl. But the deadlines are approaching faster so what I want to do is send my supporting documents like (transcripts, letter of recommendation,SOP ,etc) before deadlines and send my toefl and gre scores later so that I will be considered strongly for getting admission rather than waiting for results to come and then send everything after deadline.

You may certainly send your supporting documents first, but if your GRE and TOEFL scores are not in before the deadline, many universities will absolutely not consider you for admission.

If you expect your GRE and TOEFL scores to arrive within a week after the deadline, then you must contact the director of each graduate program to which you have applied and tell them that your scores are on their way. Some might tell you that since your scores are late, you will not be considered for admission, but others might be willing to wait for your scores.

Best wishes to you.

it takes about a month after the try for the ratings to be despatched to the U. S. Universities. If it reaches after the time reduce for admission,it truly is glaring that it truly is merely no longer seen.
