The President does not have the constitutional authority to declare war, only Congress can do that. And, despite conspiracy rumors to the contrary, it is not possible for Congress to amend the Constitution without the States having a say so, which means the people have a say so. Trust me, if Congress had decided to just throw the Constitution away we would all have known by now -- the fact that you were able to ask the question should be proof enough that your rights are still intact, since you could be executed in some countries for even suggesting such a thing.

You got this infowars, that's fake news. Who is Lew Rockwell? Why should i believe him? Why should I believe anything from Alex Jones? He talks a lot but he can never get solid proof for any of his claims. Infowars is the tabloids of political news.

We are at Feb. 6th but no war. Just a president that states shoot back and defend yourself. Iran is sending their guard into Iraq to take aim at the American troops. What are they supposed to stand still while they shoot them? I wouldn't think so.
