If you are holding a European passport, no need prior visa for you to visit Dubai. You will get entry visa upon arrival. Otherwise I would suggest you to contact the Emirates airlines office in your country of residence. They will arrange a visa for you that would be more easier and economical way than applying through hotels.

Good luck and happy journey.

Easy as pie, u just have to pay the fee ... and wait a couple of days ... or u can do it with an airline that gives you a tourist visa based to the UAE like "Emirates airline"

Not difficult at all . Just apply for one ahead of travel. If you are an American citizen you don't need one.
