You could teach Physical Education in public school or high school. Another great area is in Municipal Recreation. Working for your town or city in recreation can be very rewarding and lucrative. I worked in it for years before getting into teaching and loved it. I designed all sorts of programs to meet community needs (one was a Learn to Skate Program for Blind Children and Adults) and worked will all sorts of great people.

how fast do you think you could get to a car on skates with a tray full of fries?? just kidding! how about a PE teacher, perhaps you would be more interested in exercise and sports science later...you could be a team trainer, work in a rehabilitation clinic, do research, be a coach... i'm sure there are a few more. why don't you visit your career councilors? i doubt you'll be rolling in serious cash unless you are willing to commit to some grad school, and eventually a ph.d...but i'm sure there is something out there for you.

Clayton County?? That is one of the worst areas of Atlanta! The housing market is horrible, crime is unprecedented, schools are far below average, and traffic is miserable. As far as looking for Physical education, your best bet may be with the school districts that have lots and lots of money to spend on high school and middle school athletic programs. Buckhead, Fayette, Cobb, Gwinnett counties. North Atlanta.

Well, when you're fresh out of university, do not expect to begin teaching gym right away. A lot of teachers will start of teaching subjects they didn't learn, for example my aunt got a kinesiology degree along with a teaching one, and she taught religion for 3 years.
Also if you plan on doing highschool, you'll have to work your way up, so most likely you'll start as a junior high teacher.

there are a few careers....for instance...a gym teacher. Or if you do a really good job you can be a trainer for a pro sports team, which could lead to almost anything.
