If a guy was giving you a ride home and he stopped his vehicle on the street to pull his pants down and try to force your mouth and hand on his genitals and you fought from him and pulled your head and arm away and pulled his pubic hair to get him to let go and kept telling him to stop and in the fight he grabs your breast and squeezes so hard it hurts. What do you call this? It can't be rape because it isn't intercourse and plus he couldn't manage to force me to do oral. When he finally drove me home he kept apologising and is constantly calling my phone. I told him when I left his vehicle I will never speak to him again.

Sexual harassment, molestation, and sexual assault. You can even say attempted rape, because that sounds awful forceful. You can report him. Call the cops, call his parents. He needs to be locked up. You need to get a restraining order on the jerk, and I suggest you tell your parents, if you're living alone, go stay with them for a while, and get your number changed girl.

It might not be called rape, but it would have to be called sexual harassment of the worst kind. You better report it to someone, in case he tries to do it to you again. Also if you are under legal age and are a minor he could find himself in serious trouble. The reason that this kind of person gets away with this is because everyone is frightened. Goodness knows how many others he might have done this to.

There are degrees of sexual misconduct, some not as serious as others. The fact that he grabbed your breast without your permission and hurt you is a form . although to a lesser degree than sexual penetration. You need to discuss this with a professional to bring closure and I understand why you felt disrespected and violated.

No its not rape but it is SEXUAL ASSUALT CALL THE POLICE! This guy is crazy and has no respect for you or women. Get help he is calling you to see if he can break you down because if he can get you alone he can get another chance! Notify the police and get a restraining order let him know you mean business and help protect someone else

That's still sex assault. I'd contact the local PD. It's going to be tough to talk about but this guy needs to be arrested. It'll start here and who knows what he will end up doing. If there is a counselor at school or something you can talk to I'd suggest seeing them ASAP.
