You can't, at least not magically.. sorry. I do believe that all people have the potential to stay on key if they practice hard enough. I do not think, however, that all voices have the potential to be what they want it to be (any more than all men/women have the potential to be perfect looking). You might have a simply marvelous voice, but it could take a lot of work to find its potential (depending on how you're currently doing). Get yourself a voice coach. You can find them at colleges/universities or just look up music lessons in your phone book. Your coach will guide you through all the necessary steps to learning how to use your voice. A word of warning: some of the exercises you'll be doing will be soooooo annoying.
