I would speak to your landlord. Because you signed the lease you are entitled to the protections of your state's landlord tenant act.
Of course if they cannot help the next step would be to go ot the police. It may not be your best move if you intend to live there and have to keep a decent relationship with your roommate.

Call the police, she has no right if she is renting a room in your house to kick you out, even if she is older. YOUR name is on that contract. As far as putting all your possessions in storage, that's considered theft, taking everything and disposing them at an unknown location to you. Call authorities if you can't get into your house.

Have her @ss removed!
As long as you have not broken any written contract with your roommate or landlord, march back in to the apartment and say "I'm Rick James b*tch, get the *** out!"

Pay a visit to the local police station and explain your situation. Like you said, your name is on the lease, not hers, so she has no right to do this and the police can remove her and/or re-instate your right to live at your own place.

Call the police and begin proceedings for eviction of the mom. What she did was very illegal.

Strange, you must be writing in from where, the library? Rhetorical. If you are locked out then how are you using your computer? Again, rhetorical.
