Nothing they have a problem with the clutch packs in the transfer case . The fluid they used was not right for the clutch packs and cause them to bind ( crow hopping on corners ) This sets the light on . To repair it they flush the trans case, replaced the clutch pack adjust the pack height and added a conditioner to the case.

Take it to Auto Zone for a Free Reading get the code(s) then you will know whats wrong.

Take it to a GM Dealer. Sounds Like your Oxygen Sensoer on the exhaust or another sensor that needs to be replace or reset the code in the onboard computer.
Pretty comon for the service engine light to go on and off. you have 50 starts befor the code is erased. then the cycle starts over.
