If you want to go to a university right after high school, you have no choice but to take the SAT or ACT. There is one way around taking the SATs or ACTs though. You can go to a community college for two years, then transfer to a university. You will have to check if the University you want to go to will allow this (most do) and if they have a guaranteed admission contract. Those two years at community college will be difficult though, because you usually need a 2.9 G.P.A. That means mostly As and Bs in college.
Personally, I think you should take the SATs and/or ACTs. They don't cost much (you can get a fee waiver too, ask your counsellor), and you could always re-do them. It's only a couple hours out of a Saturday morning and it won't hurt you. Frankly, there's no reason not to take one of those tests at least once.

Cowboy up and do either the SAT or the ACT it depends on what university that you apply to. If you start at a community college you could not take the tests and stay there for a few years, then transfer to a full university after taking courses at the lower level. Other than that I don't know how else to help you...

Well pretty much everyone doesn't want to take any major tests. But you have to. It is required at ANY college to have a score for either the SAT or the ACT, etc. You have to have defining test scores for them to look at in order for your admission.

Best Of Luck.
