hi,
mine friend helped me to send a package via fedex exp, but he lost the receipt, after few weeks, the other party ( nikon factory) still didn't receive that item, i checked with fedex , they told me without the receipt/tracking number, they can't do anything.
what can i do now to ?

where diid your friend give the package to fedex?
did he go to a fedex shipping center? Fedex Kinkos?
if your friend returns to that same center, and knows about how much he paid we can usually find the tracking number

You please chek the receipt date approximetly than you request that the fedex people can i chek for my receipt in your receipt book if they accepted than you chek your receipt and do process
