My opinion: lose some black; i reccomend the panti hose!

I think you should ditch the panty hose. Try wearing a black blazer with a white or colored tank or camisole underneath, the capris and some cute black shoes like mules or clogs.

WAAAAAY to much black hon....wearing black doesnt make it "FASHION", how about just the capris and black top...or if the pantyhose are a MUST, wear a T-shirt, that is long enough to be a dress, that isnt blac, but like red, or white, and panty hose underneat and you shoes!!!!GOOD Luck

No! hose under jeans are a huge turnoff and black hose is cheap and tarty looking. It's too much black too.

Do no pantyhose, and cute closed toe, flat shoe with leopard print or polka dots and a black shirt! (Old Navy has cute flats!)

not really. theres too much black. try adding different colors. since jeans and black are neutral colors, any thing will go good with them. and this is just my opinion, but the whole leggings thing is just kinda ugly. i think it makes girls look homeless....i would honestly try the outfit without the leggings.
