The USA is wasting money and troops atacking a desert in the middle of nowhere for oil (iraq) and trying to stop immigration, but they don't see that China is growing and growing up, and some day China will be more powerful than the USA...it seems like if americans think that they will be the most powerful forever, keep thinking that and maybe tomorrow you will wake up, turn on the TV and you will see the chinese army atacking NYC...SOMEBODY SHOULD BLOW UP CHINA NOW!, this is real, china will be the most powerful country if we don't do something

Come on, China could defeat the USA, all Latin America is communist (only Mexico and Colombia are cpitalist) they will be glad to help China...they are poor countries, I know that, but they can land their airplanes and get food in Latin America

I am a Chinese that live in Beijing, and lets just say this: Have you been playing too much 'Command & Conquer Generals' and 'Battlefield 2'?. As said by the writer of the book 'One Billion Customers', Chinese understand the outside world much better than the outside world understand us. China is no longer a communist police state that seeks to conquer the world. It is true that we are getting more and more powerful in everything, but so is other nations like India. Also, it is also ture that we are building up our forces but everyone needs something to defend their homes. You don't like it? Then please kindly remove your fleets from Taiwan and Japan. Why can you blow nations after nations away so you can give the 'freedom', and leave them in ruins, and scram when a nation far away is just minding their own business? You are not the world police, you can't just invade someone's home land and killi unarmed civilians just because they are too storng and powerful!

There is no doubt that China is a rising economic power whose sphere of influence is great, but this whole notion of preemptively striking a country because it is a political and economic threat is wildly irrational and just this side of being a Nazi. There are a lot of holes in your ideology and I suggest you study more so as to subside your paranoia and red fear. One of your first flaws in logic has to do with the middle east. To begin don't think for one second that China doesn't consider the middle east as strategic to their economic growth. Oil runs industry, and whomever controls the flow of oil controls industry whether it is Chinese or American. Recall what happened back in the 1970's , that little oil crisis we had, America practically fell to its knees. So do you not think that it is in Americas best interest to try to politically secure the middle east? Anyhow thats the least of your failed logic.
America is still a great nation, but how great would America be if it went out and nuked a billion men, women and children because it wanted to secure it's title as the worlds only superpower? China has some serious issues with human rights, but killing a billion innocent people because they are an economic and political threat is just morally wrong and insane. I really hope that your view doesn't represent a majority of people in the United States.

Hhahhahahaha, I dont think we need to Blow up China. We should be concerned with North Korea, and Iran. Glass cities would be nice.

i agree. not only will china be threatening US, it threaten EU and most western nations too. their system of governance and values differs from the western nations. just look at their poor human right records and alliance with oppressive regimes, like Russia, Myammar, N Korea, Iran etc. all of which are oppse to US and its allies too. China just became the 4 largest economy in the world, just after US, Japan and germany. and its econmoy is growing close to double digit. its not surprising that it will over take these nations soon.yet till now, no other nation except US is taking any actions to contain China's influence. japan has always been a follower nation, not taking any initiative in world issues. the ruling party in germany is still trying to stablise its domestic polices. other nations like france is not on good terms with US and britain is trying to alienate from US.
and yes, its a worrying trend to see china getting stronger and stronger but no other nations is doing anything abt it. this task will prob fall on the new administration.
but i dun think blowing up china is a good idea.

Well, I agree tha China is growing. I think China want to take over the world too. I watched the news about Chinese ship near Japan and American military base didn't even notice that. I think they were trying to attack Japan.
