which company's musical instruments is better between casio & Yamaha.

depends on what instrument
but i tend to think that Yamaha's the ****.

Yamaha, in most cases... unless you look at the high end keyboards by Casio. In those cases you should compare similar keyboards... but otherwise, Yamaha tends to be pretty decent

Yahama makes low to mid quality instruments.
Casio makes baby toys.
