Squat Thrusts, and lunges are great for the Thighs, Also try some stairs, to work the calves along with the thighs

Get a kegle, look it up. It is fantastic for toning the thighs among other things. It is easy to use and it won't exert you either. You can use it while watching the tv or on the computer....no sweat!!
