Gee, I wonder if it had anything to do with the fact the planes flew into the towers and destroyed the cameras and nearly everything else? Yes, that must be it!

Uhh , like there was a massive interruption in the service that day . It may have been a little difficult to transmit -what with planes flying into buildings and massive destruction and loss of lives .
