Can I sue a school if they don't have the heat on in below zero weather, and i catch a cold?

Barret is right to say you catch a cold from a virus. In fact, in very cold places viruses can't survive and people such is the Evenk and Inuit (Eskimos) very rarely catch colds.

You'd have more success suing the person who brought the cold virus into school.

You can try to sue for most anything. You are not going to win very much if you only catch a cold.

Hate to assert this yet i might particularly manage the a hundred degree warmth as adversarial to the 0 chilly climate. i will manage warmth a lot easier than i will the chilly. when I get chilly, i do in comparison to shifting around, i prefer to easily hibernate like somewhat some the animals do. you may walk around exterior and revel in your self whilst it relatively is not chilly.
