Do it honestly, by paying for it - I call hotels nearby that advertise park and fly specials.
While I haven't used these sites, you might check out www.parksleepfly.com if you want to stay at a hotel and then keep your car parked and fly out. Otherwise, try http://airportparkingreservations.com/cgi-local/customer/index.pl?refID=593&tab_selected=Parking+Only if you don't want to stay overnight.
It is loads cheaper than parking at airport lots, and you don't have to worry about being towed.

Yeah, you don't need to pay for parking at the hotels in las vegas. I would say up to 1 week no one will bat an eyelash. Also a tip for the future. If you are concerned with getting towed out of a parking garage, pick a garage with a spiral ramp and park on the top floor. The tow truck will have a really hard time towing the car and may not even bother for a few extra days.

I've parked my car in hotel lots as long as 3 days with no problem. I've also left my car overnight at valet parking. If you're just thinking of doing a side trip to Grand Canyon or something, you're probably all right. The lots are so huge and have so much traffic, I doubt they try to keep track.
