1)A boy = Boy has no brother
2)A girl = Girl has no brother
3)A boy and a girl = girl has one brother, boy has no brother *
4)2 girls = both girls has no brother
5)2 boys = both boys have a brother
The above are example of 5 families comprising a total of 4 boys and 4 girls. Family 1 & 2 has not issue on brotherhood, nevertheless family 3 4 & 5, i see 2 boys having brother and only 1 boy don't, wherelse 2 girls don't have brother but only 1does.
This statement of girls having more brothers than boys is not true for this combination of 2's. Is a trick question, to make believe girls has more brothers than boys in total perspective.
