I was told all is well in the Universe, it is just the animal kingdom they are having problems with Pandabear.

Most of us temporarily experience this. But if it has yet to be accepted, it could be that the file size is too big. Try an alteration such as cropping it a little or otherwise reducing the resolution to bring the file size down.

Its doing that to everyone some people it wont let them use a dumb cartoon as well. Thats why Ive got the stupid turkey mask instead of Paul McCartney for an avatar.
