Where can a 19 year old rent a car?

I am needing to rent a car for my boyfriends army boot camp graduation in columbus, ga.

I think you have to be at least 21 (they'll charge you more) or 24. I think you might be able to get by if you have your parents rent the car and then have them put you down as a driver.

Gotta be at least 21. Most of the time 25.
