Write down a list of everything you have to do (starting with the most important homework to the least important). Then beside each thing, write down the time you will work on it.
Example:
Math Problems : 3 - 3:30
English Essay : 3:30 - 4:30
Studying for Spanish : 4:30 - 5:30
etc.
Make sure you go in a room with the least amount of entertainment, or even go to a library. Once you finish an item on your list, cross it off and treat yourself. This could mean adding relaxation to your list, giving yourself dessert, going to your friend's house, etc. That way, you will be more willing to do your work. Good luck!

I'm in graduate school and look where I am at midnight, lol.
I look at my workload and decide how long it is going to take me to do it. I then make myself a pact. I break it down into chunks, starting with what DOES NOT include internet. When I complete one chunk, I've earned a small amount of time on the net, and I set the kitchen timer. If I have a huge workload, it may just be ten minutes. If I have a lighter workload, it may be a half an hour break. Use the time eating dinner or talking on the phone to surf the web, hitting the books only when you can focus--without those other distractions.
Save yourself some heartache and start now. Don't overwhelm yourself and don't beat yourself up if you fail. Set realistic goals and do your best. Everyday is a new day.

I had the same problem in grade school. Here are a few suggestions:
Create a "homework" area. This area is for homework and nothing else -- somewhere quiet, well lit, and with little to distract you. I used to have a walk-in closet, and I got small desk and that became my study area.
Do homework right after school, at school. I used to do this when I got older, it helped me to relax and I was still in a learning environment and still relatively fresh and in "school mode."
As the person said above -- turn off the distractions! TV's, IPods, Computers...they all distract you. So move them, or move away from them.

Try to create a study area that is away from distractions. Then decide on what you are going to do. Make sure that you have everything that you need. If you still find yourself getting on the computer, ask someone to take away the power cord and not give it back until you are done.

Try not turning onthe PC until you're finished with homework - it's called "prioritization" not "organization"
