is it normal for one of my testicals to be larger than the other two...

If you have three testicles, do not for one minute think it's an extra
family jewel in the good ol' money sack, because you might have testicular cancer or a tumor in there.
Get medical help.
Larger? Might be an inflammation, but consult a doctor first.
