If your looking for more neo-soul style sounds then Corrine Bailey Rae and Goapele are good choice if you like more of folk sound Madeleine Peyroux and Amos Lee would be a good choice, if your looking for a jazz sound Diana Krall or Shirley Horn might be of your interest.

People try to copy their styles but will never come close..Natalie Merchant or Eva Cassidy for Norah....for John , there has'nt really been anyone to compare him to because he is such proficient producer, songwriter, and singer..he's like R.Kelly, Maxwell, Carl Thomas,and Musiq Soulchild all wrapped in one...he sounds alot like John Lennon on "Save Room", though...he might be the next Stevie Wonder without the blindness
